• Warranty and liability: Services are provided “as is.” Implied warranties are disclaimed where allowed, and liability is limited as stated in these Terms.
• Disputes: Informal resolution first. For businesses, governing law and exclusive courts apply as specified. EU and UK consumers retain mandatory local rights and court access.
• Ending your use: Either party may end at any time; reasonable surviving sections continue to apply.
